Pain is your friend there. Any type of phisical training at ballet classes will cause bad feeling in your muscles. But with time your child will become well trained and will definitely form good body and character. Because not every one can stand the pain, hanger and long training. So, such qualities as courage, strong will, productivity, endurance will develop. Your kid will become hard working and reliable person. But this type of dance is definitely not for everyone.

Sport dances. You will start learning this type of dance from Latin America styles (samba, rumba, cha-cha-cha) and European styles (Slow Waltz, Tango, Quick Step). Your child will start from easy elements of dances gradually learning something new. You don’t have to be scared to over train your kid. Girls are more often seen at sport dances, boys are in lack there. The minus of  this type of dance is that costumes are very costly. But still they are very popular all over the world. Girls easily accustom to sport dances. It takes big period of time for boys to get along with all but in some months boys show incredible results too.

So, dances are great not only for body health but for developing personal characteristics and get ready to overcome possible difficulties.
